For those of you who know your Hip Hop history, and those who should know, In this 2 part interview The Rhymesayers' Fifth Element interviews the Legendary Egyptian Lover.

Personally I have very fond memories of seeing the Lover in concert and deejaying when Uncle Jamm's Army would come to the Inland Empire back in mid 80's. The main reason I became a DJ was by being inspired as 13 year old seeing an 17/18 year old DJ Bobcat cutting it up and the wheels. Going back listening to the Lover talk about his history takes me back better times within Hip Hop when it wasn't so mainstream and only filled with true heads.
