France's DJ Rascal released this mix back 1999 containing a solid assortment of 90's R&B. However despite the name it does not contain any New Jack Swing tunes of 80's and 90's.The mix has a few classics as well as a few lesser known tunes of the era. All in all a nice addition to your mixtape collection.
