I can't speak about this mix better than the man himself so here's what Rhett has to say about this mix.

In Los Angeles, over the Christmas weekend, J.Rocc, Mr. Choc, & myself were asked to do a special mix for 93.5FM KDAY Xmas Allstar Mix Weekend. It's the first time that us three have done LA Radio at least 4-5 years.....no, it doesn't mean we're back Djing on the LA Airwaves, and doesn't mean we're getting a show either.....this is only a 1 time special deal....we all did a 2 hour block mix set; my mix set was on yesterday (December 26th) afternoon from 1-3PM.


Anyways, here's my mixes for the KDAY's Xmas Mix Weekend, bringin back the Beat Junkie Sound & the essence of the original KDAY to the LA Airwaves for a brief period of time.....unfortunately, an hour and a half after my set, the legendary singer, Teena Marie passed away. It was definitely bittersweet....regardless, I hope you still enjoy these mixes.
