It's been along while since I dropped something for your mind, Domeshots. However this 2012 interview with one of Hip Hop's foremost Bass Players is sure to make up for that oversight.

The interview doesn't mention it but Pukshansky did a lot work on many early Cypress Hill albums. Many of those that assumed were samples were in fact played by Pukshanky.

As a Russian immigrant and classicly trained musician he has worked closely with artists like Large Professor, Organized Konfusion, Boogie Down Productions, Nas, Superlover C & Casanova Rud, Akinyele, Canada’s finest Maestro Fresh Wes and many others."
