There's not much info on Matsuoka Sohei on the net but this mix features mostly east coasts artists like Gangstarr, Nas, Freddy Foxxx, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Brand Nubian, Y Society and AZ . There's some good mixing and plenty of great Hip Hop joints and a few R&B and Pop tunes thrown in for good measure (starting at the 46:45 mark). in my opinion the R&B and Pop tunes are sort of a misstep in a Hip Hop mix  however don't sleep on this it features some great tunes from the 90's and early 2000's.
