With this new mix by Mr Thing my expectations were pretty high, considering Thing is one of my favorite deejays. However after listening to the mix I was letdown - a little. The sequel to Champion Nerd Nerd Is Bond does contain a host of solid Funk/Soul gems but overall, as a mix, it moves along too slow for my taste. Still it's a Mr Thing mix thus it's worth a listen.
