The title of this mix confuses the hell out of me and maybe you as well. Seoul's DJ Skar mix of 90's Hip Hop is certainty worthwhile but the meaning of title may have been lost in the translation.

Anyhow no tracklist time didn't permit me to write one but there are plenty of little known tunes like Heavy Rotation by Dilated Peoples as well as many of your favorites such as Soul On Ice by Ras Kass and Boom by Royce Da 5' 9".
