Around the Bay Area of California this is classic mix is well praised by many well known deejays around that way. Made in 1991 Spintronix's DJ Chris The Rebel lays down many hit tunes of the era in this 30 minute multitracked mix. When compared to NYC mixtapes of the same time period there's no comparison, NYC still til this day, has not produced mixes of this caliber.
For those who are unaware of the legacy of Spintronix (one of the first DJ crews DJ Qbert was affiliated with) here's short documentary on the crew.
