I've seen this on a number of different blogs incorrectly labeled as a "Kool Herc" mix. Which is surprising as on side B the deejay mentions his name twice within first 10 minutes.

This mix released in 1996 by Kool Kirk (The Heavy Hitters/A List Radio) features alot of decent Biggie Smalls blends.
