Based upon song selection I would give this mix a ten; mixing wise a six. I never heard Hooch spin breaks so maybe he's better mixmaster then this mixtape displays. Fortunately though founder of the UK B-Boy Championships DJ Hooch's mixing and Mr Blue's drops don't entirely ruin the mix.

Note: To younger deejays don't cover up bad transitions by using drops. Use another song as bridge to a faster bpm if  you need to but don't use drops as a cover. You're not fooling anybody.
