Anyhow volume seven within the "True School Beatdown" series features some faster paced songs then the previous volumes. As well as a few more classics from 80's & 90's. The mix includes one of my absolute favorite joints in Hip Hop Break The Grip of Shame by Paris and  a little known classic by Hip Hop's first white female MC Tairrie B.
